LipoVive Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During holidays orders may experience delays.

If invalid information is provided we will be unable to process your order due to inaccurate payment or incorrect address information. Your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days.

Note: All shipping addresses are verified through the US Postal Service.

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and USA public holidays.

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays and are estimates only.

LipoVive is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control including labor strikes, transportation failures, weather conditions or material shortages.

If a package is refused, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

UPS is the primary delivery service used. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via UPS.

International Shipping: Delivery may take 4–6 weeks. Severe delays may take up to 8–12 weeks due to customs.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours cancellation is not possible.

If the order has already shipped you may refuse the package or return it with a tracking number.

The buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. LipoVive is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

If tracking confirms delivery, LipoVive does not issue refunds for claims of non-delivery.

To receive a full refund you must return all bottles (empty, full or partially full) within 60 days of purchase.
